We stand behind our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 60 days of your purchase date to request a full refund, no questions asked.

This guarantee covers all supplement products, including opened bottles and sale or discounted supplement products. Gift cards are not refundable, except where required by law.

How to Request a Refund

Email sales@formular3.com with your order number or proof of purchase. You do not need to explain why you are requesting a refund.

If a return is needed, we will provide instructions and confirm the return address before you send anything. Please do not mail products back before contacting us. Opened supplement bottles are eligible under our guarantee and do not need to be unused or in their original packaging.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact sales@formular3.com.
