We stand behind every product we sell. All Formula R3 supplement purchases are covered by our 60-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason within 60 days of your purchase date, contact us and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

This guarantee applies to all supplement products, including opened bottles. You do not need to return unused product to qualify for a refund under this guarantee.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, email us at sales@formular3.com with your order number and reason for the request. Once approved, your refund will be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

Returns (Physical Product)

Please include your order number and contact information. You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for items over $75, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Gift cards
• Downloadable software products
• Items returned more than 60 days after the original purchase date
• Items damaged due to misuse or not due to our error

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Items purchased on final sale are not eligible for a refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Exchanges

We replace items that arrive defective or damaged. To request an exchange, email us at sales@formular3.com.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or credit card company first, as processing times vary. If you still have not received it, contact us at sales@formular3.com.

Gifts

If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive store credit for the value of the return. If the order was shipped to the gift giver first, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
